We are still in the planning stages for the project. As per our Development Agreement with the Crown we have lodged the first land use consent for the first stage of works.
Mō tātou, ā, mō kā uri ā muri ake nei - For us and our children after us
The ancestors of the Kāi Tahu people of southern Te Waipounamu have been living in the Tāhuna – Queenstown region for centuries. Te Pā Tāhuna draws on Māori traditions of ahi kā, a place where the home fires always burn, on the shores of Lake Whakatipu Waimāori.
Cultural landmarks will tell the story behind our name and logo, gifted to us by mana whenua to celebrate their long connection with Tāhuna – Queenstown. It matters to us that Te Pā Tāhuna helps make Queenstown a better place to live and work for us and future generations. We are planning a vibrant community for all ages, encouraging connection and new experiences.
Building for today and tomorrow
Our residential developments use design principles that celebrate our shared heritage, protect the natural environment, and foster community. This means you can trust us to build homes which will last.
